This article exactly sums up my very thoughts about the continued persecution of Pastor Sunday Adelaja. Anyone who understands the evil of racism, envy and liberalism will not fall for such lies. Pastor, the Lord is with you always and you have victory in every situation. We are praying for you saying you continually do the work that God has given you. Every opposition against your ministry has failed and Deuteronomy 28.7 is your victory. Your ministry is a blessing to me and all who are mindful of the truth and are spiritually discerning. God's continuous blessings on you and your family and congregation. l am very encouraged in my calling in ministry as l see and read your amazing testimonies.
I would be surprised if this is not happening in this world which we are living in. I have been following Pastor Sunday for couple of years now and I can boldly say he's got gut and he's focused both in the things of God and in the development of people.
What is happening to him is what Christ talked about in Jn 16:33 which read "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." The people of this world celebrate evil and condemn good. I will sure be praying for you sir and i can boldly say you will come out strong and better.
May the Lord weaken the hands of those who are behind the travail of the man of God
Sir,by God's grace, you will come out of this temporary setback stronger & more vibrant to achieve the divine mandate you have set for your self IJN.
I'm happy, Pastor Sunday is preparing to come to Africa to do what he did in Ukraine. Maybe then, people will understand and appreciate the kind of man he is. If God could use him to transform Prostitutes, Drunkards, Drug Addict etc in Ukraine, God can do the same in Nigeria. I want Pastor Sunday to ignore People's appreciation or respect. The grace of God is sufficient to see you through the persecution. There are some of us who despite haven not met with you, love, respect and pray for you. Don't disappoint us by minding your detractors. If some people don't want you in Ukraine, many more want you in Africa. Let the vision consume you more then their persecution would make you stronger. It's not necessary to brood over what you labour for in Ukraine, God who own his church is there to handle hell's gate. I'm sure that those whose hearts are after God would always love you. The orthodox church in this case represents the Pharisees who were always bent on tempting Christ and bringing all manner of excuses to pull Him down. Anyone who truly serves God will be persecuted and it is not strange that Pastor Adelaja faces such opposition. The devil is never happy with true and sincere men of God.
The way out is simple. Jesus was crucified out of jealousy and envy, but He couldn't reach a larger world without such action. Joseph was excommunicated by his brothers for jealousy and envy but he couldn't reach a larger audience in his destiny without such persecution. Pain is never easy but unfortunately it remains part of God's agenda.
Those who are faithful to God always wins at the end, whether in the his life or beyond.
I have followed his many write-ups and teachings for a while now and i can say he knows God's business-Winning souls and equipping the saints.None of your detractors can stop you.Nigeria needs you and Africa this time.I wish you God-speed sir.
