THE KINGDOM MODEL OF A TRUE LEADER:

• A leader that always work himself out of a job is a kingdom leader.

• One who knows how to trust people and delegate authority to fulfill all kinds of task can be called a kingdom leader.

• A kingdom leader tries to make himself unnoticed and unnecessary.

• A true leader’s goal is to be so effective at raising up other leaders that he himself becomes unneeded.

• A worldly leader tries to always be indispensable.
