GIVING BIRTH TO YOUR DREAMS AND VISIONS (Part 3)

SAYING THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO REJECT YOU.

Dear friends and readers, in today’s article, we will keep examining more principles that are involved in the process of giving birth to your dreams and visions.

6. BILL GATES – FIRST TRIAL, FIRST FAILURE

Bill Gates was a school dropout from Harvard. His first business failed before he hit gold with Microsoft.

On your way to success, don’t always expect that you will make it from the first time. That does not happen to too many people. The first experiment of most successful people always started with failure. So, if your first attempt does not come out nearly as successful as you thought, don’t lose heart. Keep pushing. Keep striving. You might have a Bill Gate idea inside you.

“Most people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failure” ― Napoleon Hill

7. WALT DISNEY – SAYING THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO REJECT YOU.

Walt Disney managed to build a Movie and Film Park Empire, which is the first of its kind. His empire today has become the dream of every child and teenager worldwide.  Yet, he too started out in bankruptcy and failure. He paid the price of pain, perseverance and endurance to become who he has become today.

“No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish will come true.” ― Walt Disney Company

Walt Disney, became who he is today because he was fired while he was trying out his luck in the wrong place. The newspaper editor who fired him said “he lacked imagination and had no good ideas.”

I believe later in life, Walt Disney was probably thanking the editor that fired him for that experience. If he had been retained at the newspaper company, Disney wouldn’t have discovered his destiny.

“If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started with a dream and a mouse.” – Walt Disney

Ladies and gentlemen, stop cursing and hating those who reject you. They might actually be doing you a favor.

8. ALBERT EINSTEIN – THE DULLARD TURNED GENIUS

Albert Einstein is now known worldwide as a genius, yet in the earlier part of his life, he was nothing like a genius.

  • First, he could not speak until he was 4 years old.
  • Secondly, he could not read until he was 7.
  • Thirdly, he was slow and anti-social.
  • Fourthly, he was expelled from the school.
  • Fifthly, he was refused admission to the polytechnic in Zurich.
  • His teachers and parents thought that he was mentally handicapped.

This man, towards the end of his life became the man that was known to change the face of modern physics. He became a Nobel Prize laureate.

“You never fail until you stop trying.”— Albert Einstein

Ladies and gentlemen, it does not matter what your age is. It doesn’t matter how badly you failed in your early life, what does matter is what you do with your life today. Forget about the failure of yesterday and build a better future

To be continued tomorrow with the topic:

  • your past does not determine your future.
