3 EXAMPLES OF HOW YOU CAN USE SYSTEMS TO BETTER YOUR LIFE EVERYDAY

I already mentioned earlier that those people who know how to build and apply systems in their own lives are very successful and productive because they were able to solve a significant number of problems through systems. It is this fact that allowed them to find ways out of a variety of difficult situations, to solve numerous problems and benefit society.

Friends, let us get right into “The Key to Resolving Every Problem and Attaining Every Goal.” We will learn how we can use different systems in real life, which will allow us to achieve significant success in life.

Build a System for Your Health

“Health is the greatest wealth.”- Buddha

Let us talk about a system that is very important for our full life on earth. This is a system to maintain our health in good condition. I think, dear friends, that you perfectly understand that the quality of our life depends on the state of our health. If you are strong, you can live well, happy, and do everything you dream of in fulfilling your mission. But if one’s health is bad, unfortunately, the person becomes limited in many areas. To prevent this from happening to us all, dear friends, we need to have a system to strengthen our health. What do I mean?

Several important factors influence the quality of our health include the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the lifestyle we lead. If these factors do not meet specified standards, and we do nothing to improve them, then our health crashes down, and we begin to get sick.

For example, in order not to get sick but live healthily, you need to eat a high-quality variety of food, drink about 1-1.5 litres of clean water per day, spend enough time in the fresh air, do physical exercises, undergo annual medical examinations. All this needs to be done regularly. Schematically, this system can be represented as the following table.

Healthy and Proper Diet Daily
Drinking 1- 1.5 L of water Daily
Walking Out to Receive Fresh Air At least 3 times a week
Morning Exercise Daily
Visit the Gym or Pool Twice a week
Medical Examination/Check-ups At least once a year

I recommend that you build a similar system of yours to improve your health, which will help you have a high quality and healthy life.

Build a System for Your Family

Peace is the beauty of life. It is sunshine. It is the smile of a child, the love of a mother, the joy of a father, the togetherness of a family. It is the advancement of man, the victory of a just cause, the triumph of truth. – Menachem Begin

Dear reader, our next task is to develop a system to create a happy family. It is an established truth that a strong and successful family relationship is built on systems.

All spouses want to know that they are loved and admired. A harmonious marriage requires that both husband and wife treat each other with love and respect and give the partner proper attention and affection.

But the bustle of life and the various circumstances can distract the spouses from the necessary expression of love, and this leads to problems in family life. To prevent this from happening, I advise husbands and wives to invent some pleasant surprises for each other. Postcards, flowers, notes with sweet words, and all kinds of presents make your spouse assured that you constantly think and care about him or her.

When I returned home from numerous trips, I was pleased to find on my bedside table a postcard from my wife with an image of love, a poem, quotations from the Bible, and kind wishes. It brought freshness and romance to our relationship. But in order for this freshness and romance to be always preserved, a system is needed.

In the system, I created to build a successful relationship in my family, I plan the time I spend with my wife every day, and I also plan when and how I will give her a sign of my attention and affection. For example, on Mondays, I buy her a bouquet of flowers, on Tuesday – a romantic dinner, on Wednesday – a card with words of appreciation and gratitude, on Thursday – words of love and admiration, on Friday – a walk in the park, etc. Because I created it myself and I have a reminder system, I do everything as planned, and this greatly strengthens our relationship.

Below you can see an example of a system for enriching your spouse with attention and affection.

Monday Bouquet of flowers
Tuesday Romantic dinner
Wednesday Postcard with words of appreciation and gratitude
Thursday Words of love and admiration, compliments
Friday Walk in the park
Saturday Note with kind wishes
Sunday A trip to the Cinemas

Dear friends, now build your system for building successful family relationships.

Build a System for Your Dress Code

I want to look my best for God. So many people have the attitude that if you’re a Christian you’ve got to dress bad, wear an old colour, not do anything to your hair, have nothing. It’s no wonder that Christianity is not very attractive. I mean, how many people do you know in a Western culture that’s going to go, ‘Yeah, give me some of that?’-  Joyce Meyer

Friends, have you ever thought that your dressing is an important criterion other use in estimating you? Remember and analyze how you look when you build relationships with people or communicate with business partners?

How do you present yourself to them? What clothes do you wear? Are they pleased to be with you or not? We should all think about how we present ourselves to people and the impression they have about us.

You can look good regardless of age, status and financial status. You just need to learn how to take care of yourself. And to achieve this, you should build a system to set aside time for yourself and define activities that will help you improve your appearance –  how often you do want to visit a stylist, hairdresser, cosmetologist, gym, etc.

You can also learn how to dress beautifully according to the system, depending on what kind of people you are to meet or the occasion you to attend.

I always try to dress well to present myself to others correctly and at a high level. By this, I want to show that I respect and appreciate them. I think about their emotions, feelings, state, and mood. With my appearance, I wish to please, lift and inspire them. When I need to go to some meeting, I dress in such a way as to create a new image for myself, which I have never had before, and not just wear two or three standard clothes, as most people do.

Every day I build a new image for myself, using the inner potential inherent in my personality by the Creator, and release into the physical world tremendous creative energy. After all, God the Creator lives in me, and I and creator like Him. I try to do everything the best way possible with what I have, so I dress in such a way as to please others.

Elegance, charm, purity, dignity, ethics, reverence, smile, kindness, compliments are all very important for people. Based on these factors, people form their opinion about us. Even the way we stand and walk is important. Our shoes, posture, neatness, hairstyle, fragrance, teeth condition, bad breath influence the impression of those around us. And if we want it to be good, then we need to pay attention to all these factors. They will help us create a system to care about our appearance.
