I am very pleased that She is being uplifted and elevated in the Department, Proud actually, I would just like to urge all that elevate to remember that where you are is a gift from above and that you should always treat your subordinates as you would want someone to treat your children /family etc. On their rise to whatever dream they pursue. You have to continually keep your personal feelings/agendas at bay while your effort should be to uplift another person , never downgrade or act unprofessionally , especially when it is unmerited! Never let cultures collide to a point where you downgrade someone from because of your African culture but the person looks just like you in everyone else's eyes!! GOD Bless you and may you continue to grow and progress because all of us is a work in progress but remember that we have enough going against us out in the world we should never tear each other down, we have to protect ourselves from the dangers coming against us as officers in the streets so our commands should kind of safe havens! GOD Bless! !!!
