TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE BANK SYSTEM:

• Banks Give loans to tie us down to themselves for many years.

• We need to be smarter than the system.

• Take out a loan for 20 years, but have a solid plan to pay it back in a few years.

• If this is not done, in 18 years the interest increases to much more than the amount actually borrowed.

• Yes it is true that as a Christian you should not have debts, but in business there are good debts. These are debts that enable you do business and create real wealth for yourself and at the end of the day you pay back the loan in full.
