YOUR GOAL SHOULD BE THE KINGDOM NOT A DECENT SALARY:

• God gives us plans for making His name known and getting His will done.

• Paychecks and promotions are just God’s way of rewarding our faithfulness in seeking his kingdom first.

• For me work is service to God. A way of establishing the kingdom of heaven on earth.

• Of course I want to have a decent salary but a decent salary is not my primary goal.

• Instead I want to be an example to my co-workers that God would provide everything necessary in life.

• If you are motivated by something different than that, you need to change

• All work should be service to God; money is only a by-product of such services.
