A Nigerian, Nnanna Edmund, has graduated as the overall best and distinguished graduate student from Texas A&M University – Kingsville, United States.
Nnanna who finished top of his set with 4.00 grade point average (GPA) has joined the US Army; shining with excellent performance in education and his other realms of specialization.
According to a friend, Chi, who shared the news on Twitter, Nnanna has within 7 years bagged his bachelor’s and master’s degrees and beginning his doctorate at University of California, Berkeley; also called UC Berkeley.
“I’m super proud of my friend, Nnanna Edmund who graduated as the Overall Best/Distinguished Graduate Student from TAMUK, USA with 4.00 GPA. Within 7 years, he’s gained his BSc and MSc, and is beginning his doctorate at UC Berkeley,” Chi tweeted via his handle @JajaPhD.

Meanwhile, the Nigerian scholar has been described as a very shy person whose walk to stardom from Oyigbo, a local government area of Rivers State Nigeria, to joining the US Army stuns many Nigerians and especially his colleagues.
