· Build A System of Realizing Your Goal
Here you will need to paint your task in details: break it into parts and systems. This will allow you to define your expected result for each day clearly.
Describe what result you expect every day, what resources are available, where to find assistance, write down the responsibility of the members of your team, the system of incentives and punishments, etc.

The importance of a detailed plan dream is confirmed by a study conducted among students of the Harvard MBA program in 1979, described in Mark McCormack’s book “What You Will not Learn at the Harvard Business School.” The results of the study once again prove the importance of a detailed description of the way to achieve its goal.
Students at the Harvard Business School were asked: “Have you clearly written down the specific goals for your future and how you plan to achieve them?”
In the course of the study, it turned out that:
- Only 3% of graduates had written goals and plans
- 13% had goals but did not record them
- And the majority – 84% – did not have specific goals at all
Ten years later the same group of graduates was interviewed again. The results were quite predictable, yet shocking:
13% of students who had goals earned on average twice as much as 84% who did not have goals at all.
3% of students who had detailed goals, earned an average ten times more than the remaining 97% combined!
That’s why it’s important to paint your dream as detailed as possible, describing the expected result for each day. Thus, you are guaranteed a one hundred percent success, determining the daily actions that bring you closer to the dream.
· Look For The Experience Of Others
Look for the experience of other people who have done something similar. J. Milburn Smith, president of the Chicago Continental Insurance Company, says: “A “have-not” is a person who believes that an idea is not good for him unless he himself originates it. He continued: “Copy from success!”. Everything I have done I have borrowed from another person or business”.
Regardless of what your dreams are, there are those who can teach you a lot, because they have already gone your way. If someone managed to FIND MONEY FOR HIS DREAM, then you also can. If someone was able to reach the top, learn the algorithm of his success and copy his steps. In this way, you will achieve the same result. Two hundred years ago, the teacher was the most important person in the village. Because he was the only literate person, if something had to be written, everyone went to the teacher. But later people received an algorithm and an education system that allowed any person to be taught. People came up with the alphabets, and now everyone can learn to read and write.
When the first cars appeared, most people believed that only particularly gifted people were given the opportunity to learn how to drive a car. At this present time, everyone knows that anyone can drive a car. To do this, you just need to finish special courses, which is an algorithm that was once discovered and can be taught to anyone who is interested in driving.
We have all heard that experience is the best teacher. Unfortunately, this has maximally been used to justify making mistakes due to inadequate preparation, hasty actions, negligence and lack of judgment.
Although we all need to learn from our own experience, there is no reason to continue reinventing the wheel. Instead of learning from our own mistakes, it is much more effective to learn from others. Personal experience can be a good teacher, but the experience of a stranger is a much better teacher. Many people stood at the beginning of the route you are going to travel. Although your path may not be the same, but these people have come across and solved many of the problems that may face you. Using the experience of others as a starting point, you will accelerate your progress.
Discoveries and inventions are developing along the same path. People begin with an existing body of knowledge and then advance into the depths. Only in this way did our society emerge from the Stone Age into the modern world.
