THE DEAL WITH ASSETS AND LIABILITIES:

• Assets put money into your pocket through your basic investment and it does not require you to keep spending while liabilities are those things that require you to keep spending.
• Never invest in liabilities but only invest in assets.
• Houses, cars and other expensive items should not be purchased with original capital, but with profit from investments that have produced ten times the original capital amount.
• Last money or borrowed money are not to be spent on liabilities or expenses that do not produce money, they are used to multiply capital.
• Things like houses and cars are to be acquired only after you have multiplied seeds and capital.
