Yes there is: “I returned and saw under the sun that – The race is not for the swift, Nor the battle for the strong, Nor bread for the wise, Nor riches to men of understanding, nor favor to men of skill, But time and chance happen to them all” Ecclesiastics 9:11
• This teaches that the combination of preparation and opportunity, equals success.
• This is biblical formula. And it is as easy as it seems. When preparation and opportunity meet, we are ready for success and elevation.
