DANGERS OF THE LOVE OF MONEY IN OUR SOCIETY.
• The love of money affects every strata of society. It also affects legal activities at the institutional level. Example: since Roe vs wade, circa in 1973 over 50 million babies have been aborted in America. Abortion is a multi-million dollar federally funded business that continues to flourish under the government’s protection.
• There has been lots of opposition but all to no avail. Why the killing of innocent unborn is allowed to continue can be explained by the love of money.
• The same can be said of the pornography industry which enjoys protection under the First Amendment in America.
• We could also talk about the greed of Wall Street speculators and the effect they have on the price of oil and, consequently, the global economy.
• It does not take a genius to see the negative impact of these things in our society.
• The love of money affects people from every segment of society. It impacts the rich, the poor and even our intentions.
• We need to know God and the principles of money to be free from its control.
