• A kingdom leader is one who is able to accept the full weight of his followers trust on himself.
• A kingdom leader makes himself a ladder for other people to climb on their way to success.
• A worldly leader sees people as tools for his own success.
• A worldly leader makes his people feel that they are nothing in comparison to him, that their positions are less honorable and less prestigious than his.
• A leader that tries various means to destroy the potential and capabilities of the people he has been entrusted with and does not give them a chance to develop their talents is an ungodly leader.
